The duties of this committee are as follows- To emphasize the importance of supporting those goods produced in union shops by union members
- Bring to the attention of our members those products produced by non-union companies and anti-labor manufacturers
- Work with local union officers, local standing committees and the International representative to maintain and achieve our aims and objectives
- Implement the International policy to purchase union-made supplies and equipment with the emphasis on goods carrying the Union LabelProvide to the membership a list of all authorized boycotts provided by the UAW International Union Regional Office and the AFL-CIO Union Label & Trade Department
- The Union Label Committee shall be responsible to promote and participate in functions such as Union Label Week and Union Label Shows.
